The Parliamentarians' Cookbook

"The Parliamentarians' Cookbook" – a project of the Parliamentary Group for Culture – was developed over a period of around two years at the Clé de Berne and published by Stämpfli Verlag in 2015. 34 members of the National Council and Council of States from various parties and parts of the country took up the culinary challenge and dared to cook in pairs with top chef Robert Speth. The cookbook contains the recipes of the menus and illustrates the preparation and the joint dinner with the guests.

The result is an appetizing work that is emblematic of the work and positioning of furrerhugi. With great pleasure in the matter, under mobilization of a broad network, furrerhugi was responsible for the concept idea, the planning and coordination as well as for the appearance of the cookbook.
