Reka, the Swiss Travel Fund (Reka) Cooperative, was founded in 1939 with the vision of "making holidays and leisure time possible for everyone". With the two business areas Reka Money and Reka Holidays, and true to the pioneering spirit of that time, Reka still pursues the goal today that people get more out of their holidays and leisure time.
furrerhugi has been supporting Reka in communications since 2014. Primarily in media relations and event management. After the openings of the Reka holiday villages Blatten-Belalp (2014), Zinal (2016) and Montfaucon (2017), furrerhugi was also able to provide communications support for the reopening of the very first Reka holiday village in Lugano-Albonago in June 2022 after a complete renovation. furrerhugi was not only responsible for the conception and implementation of the opening events and media relations (including a media conference with national and regional media), but also for the creation of the advertising campaign and social media activities.
