“Pro Plakat” is committed to preserving and promoting posters as a public, democratic, and locally anchored advertising medium. The campaign is supported by a broad alliance of social, economic, and cultural stakeholders. The aim is to highlight the importance of posters and take a stand against impending advertising bans. On September 10, 2025, the “Pro Plakat” group was officially launched in front of the Zurich municipal parliament.
furrerhugi is managing the initiative on behalf of AWS, Aussenwerbung Schweiz, and IG DOOH, and is accompanying the project from conception through stakeholder management, visuals, website, and social media channels to the public launch. furrerhugi will also accompany the further development and expansion of the campaign.
