furrerhugi expands Management Team and sets course for successful business development

furrerhugi, the leading Swiss agency for public affairs and public relations, is expanding its Management Team. Since June 1, 2024, Lisa Kneubühler and Véronique Haller have joined the Management Team as Managing Partners, newly composed of six members. This step ensures that the furrerhugi agency will continue to develop successfully and remain owner-managed in the future.


furrerhugi has been active in a highly dynamic market since 2006 and successfully established itself as Switzerland's leading agency for public affairs and public relations over the past 18 years. Today, furrerhugi manages a portfolio of over 300 mandates and projects with a team of around 60 well-connected communications experts at four locations in Switzerland. This basis and the good economic development over the last few years enable furrerhugi to approach the organizational development of the company in an optimal way.
"We are ideally positioned to take this next step towards making our company generationally sustainable," says CEO Andreas Hugi. "We are building on our past success while also creating space for the entrepreneurial and owner-led further development of the agency." Both new management members are taking ownership stakes in the agency, underlining their commitment to furrerhugi in the long term.

The Management Team of furrerhugi consists of the two founding partners Lorenz Furrer and Andreas Hugi (CEO), Lorenz Jaggi (COO), and Helen Wili (Head of Finance and HR). Lisa Kneubühler and Véronique Haller bring additional qualifications and national as well as international networks from the fields of federal administration, private sector, associations, and politics, which ideally complement the existing expertise in the Management Team. "With their wealth of experience and know-how, Lisa Kneubühler and Véronique Haller will set new accents in the six-member leadership team," says Andreas Hugi.

Véronique Haller joined furrerhugi in 2023 after more than fifteen years in the diplomatic service. During this time, she held various leadership positions in Switzerland and abroad, including in Washington and Pretoria. In 2018, she was counselor to the former President of the Swiss Confederation Alain Berset. The native of the canton of Vaud, who is fully bilingual, began her professional career in tax consulting and sports marketing. She is an experienced political strategist and has recently completed the MIT executive program in Leadership and Artificial Intelligence. 

Lisa Kneubühler gained several years of agency experience during and after her studies at the University of St. Gallen. At UBS, she worked in external and internal communications on a global and national level before she became self-employed with her own company at the intersection of strategy and communication. Most recently, she was responsible for the digital transformation of the Swiss Bankers Association. Further education in negotiation techniques and financial management rounds off her profile.
