Angelo Geninazzi joined furrerhugi in January 2016 and was instrumental in developing the agency in Italian-speaking Switzerland. His work mainly centres on public affairs management, media work and voting campaigns. Angelo Geninazzi is the ideal bridge builder as he is comfortable in all three Swiss regions and can relate to their different mentalities and perspectives. He is a team player with a great flair for politics. Prior to joining furrerhugi, he managed the office of the economic umbrella organisation economiesuisse in Italian-speaking Switzerland.
Angelo Geninazzi spent 16 years (2008-2024) in the Melide municipal council, 12 of which he was president of the Ticino municipality. He studied economics in Fribourg and enjoys politics, sport and travelling in northeastern Europe.
