The work of Philippe Crausaz has had a significant impact on public perception in French-speaking Switzerland for decades: Philippe brings over 40 years of experience in marketing and communications in international corporations and as an agency owner. In 1991, together with a partner, he founded the Buchheim et Crausaz agency, which quickly became one of the largest in French-speaking Switzerland. Ten years later, Philippe Crausaz founded the current consulting agency Crausaz Stratégie et Communication, which was acquired by furrerhugi on July 1, 2018.
He focuses on institutional and political communication, association marketing, events, public relations and media training. Philippe Crausaz has also always been active for the industry itself: from 1990 to 1993 he was president of the Advertising Club of Fribourg, from 1996 to 2002 he chaired the French-speaking advertising association, launched the trade magazine "Com'in" (now "Cominmag") and participated in the founding of the "Maison de la Communication" in Lausanne. During this time he founded the Conseil Romand de la Communication. From 1997 to 2003, he was also a member of the board of Schweizer Werbung.
His work is important to him. Very important. But in the near future, he would like to give his hobbies a little more space – reading and sailing on the wide-open sea.
